My Catholic upbringing laid the foundation for a strong faith, but as I grew, my curiosity led me to explore different spiritual paths. The allure of the Divine Feminine, ancient myths, and the evolution of human consciousness became focal points of my exploration.

In 2016, two miscarriages within a year propelled me into the realm of functional medicine, transforming my perspective on health and well-being. This marked a pivotal moment as I began weaving together my varied interests into a cohesive service offering. A certification in yoga, with a focus on the spiritual and energetic aspects, became a stepping stone towards understanding the profound connection between our physical bodies and spiritual well-being.
